From exploring Farm Life to the ever-popular Detectives week, our camp offers a dynamic range of experiences your child will love! Join us for a summer packed with outdoor escapades, water adventures, and engaging games designed to nurture new skills and passions. Children forge friendships, boost self-confidence, and cultivate their talents, curiosity, and creativity. From crafts to experiments, presentations to special vendors, and plenty of outdoor and water-based activities, there's something for everyone.

Our program is led by dedicated HMS teachers, experienced counselors, and specialists, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.

eligibility
​​Our programs are open to infants and toddlers who are already a part of the HMS community or who will be students in the fall, as well as Primary children ages 3-6 yrs+. Non-HMS Primary students (3-6 yrs) are welcome to enroll and do not have to be enrolled during the school year to be a part of the camp. We have limited spaces available and students who are enrolled in the school year are given the first opportunity to enroll in the summer program.

Participation requires a three-week minimum commitment, and we encourage parents to consider enrolling for at least two consecutive weeks to ensure continuity and provide a smooth and delightful phase-in experience

Registration & Supply Fees
Registration Fee per Student: $100 one-time non-refundable. This fee is waived for current and incoming HMS students.
Supply Fee per Student: $100 one-time non-refundable and non-transferable
Deposit: $250 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit
The registration fee (if applicable) and deposit are due with this registration form to secure your child's space. The deposit will be applied to the summer program fee.
Camp Balance & Refunds
The Summer Camp balance and non-refundable supply fee is due on May 2, 2025. Notification must be given in writing on or before April 25, 2025 if you would like to withdraw. After May 2nd, there will be no refunds permitted and camp reservations can be moved to another session space permitting. All programs/schedules must meet minimum enrollment requirements to be offered.

Registration forms received after May 2nd will be billed the full amount of the camp session(s) plus applicable fees.

The camp schedule prioritizes outdoor activities whenever feasible. Alongside scheduled recess, certain planned activities occur outdoors. Outdoor time aligns with teachers' plans and is subject to weather conditions.
